3) The single leg circle: This is something one can even do in bed. Just raise one of your legs and make a big circle. Repeat this 5 times and then change the direction. 4) Lunges: Lunges are the most effective exercise for toning inner & outer thighs as it targets your hamstrings and quadriceps. For this exercise, you need to stand with your feet apart. Now, put your right foot forward and maintain a 90 degree angle with your knees. You must keep your back straight while doing this. Hold this positions for a few seconds before switching the legs. 6) Butterfly Pose: This is a personal favourite and more than toning it helps in relaxing and stretching aching thighs post workout. For this you need to sit on the floor and bend your knees. Make the soles of your feet touch your pelvis. Drop your knees out to the sides and hold your feet. You must keep your toes as close to pelvis as possible. Next, try to touch each knee to the floor. Now, just keep moving your legs up and down. You will feel a stretch in your thighs and it helps improve flexibility.
