Texture
The Body Shop Cool & Creamy Face Wash is white in color and like the name suggests is creamy and thick in texture. The face wash has a tea tree scent which many would find pleasing but I personally am not too fond of it. The face wash provides an instant cooling effect thanks to the methanol in the ingredient list which I quite enjoy especially during the warmer months.

Efficacy
The face wash does not lather as much as most of the face washes I’ve used in the past but manages to remove dirt and grime quite effusively. I love the fact that it does not strip off the natural oils and the face does not feel dry or stretchy which is one of the reasons why I prefer it for the colder months as my skin gets too dry. This is perfect for dry to combination skin type but might not be as suitable for oily skin.

As for the claims of reducing redness or blemishes, I can’t comment much on it as I do not have redness and I doubt if a face wash can show much results on pigmentation. But my face certainly feels clean refreshed and glowing after usage.

HBM Recommendation: The Body Shop Tea Tree Cool & Creamy Face Wash is thick and creamy in texture. It refreshes and calms the skin while effectively removing dirt and grime. However, it does not lather much hence you require more quantity and is not sutibale for those with oily skin.
