Who Shops The Mostest Contest at DLf Promenade!

Hi Everyone,

If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram (if you don’t, you’re missing out on alot!) then you might recall I was recently invited to participate in an exciting contest held by DLF Promenade to celebrate Friendship Day. We were asked to bring along a friend and the team that shopped the most in 30 mins would win. I competed with the gorgeous Shaily and Bhawna and had a great time at DLF Promenade.

Yes, they got my surname wrong! Its Batta not Bhatt but oh well, so used to people messing up my name by now! Sighs.

To be honest, I am horrible at shopping in a budget especially with a time restriction. Luckily, I went with my friend Manpreet who BTW is extremely smart and quite a budget queen, I must say. if it wasn’t for her I would’ve failed at this contest miserably! Thanks a bunch girlie for being so supportive and coming along with me, you made the day all the more special.

We were running helter-skelter and were honestly quite confused where to shop from first- Forever 21, Claire’s, Archies? Suddenly we noticed NEW U and bought most of our items there. NEW U is definitely a heaven for budget beauties. In total we bought 33 products in just 1500 bucks! How unbelievable is that? Though 11 of the items were disqualified as they belonged to the same category hence we ended up losing but I was extremely proud of my team. Though we could not win, I had a great time with the lovely co-bloggers at DLF Promenade. It was an exciting way of celebrating Friendship Day and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

PS: Sorry for the lack of pics. I didn’t want to carry my DSLR that day and my phone’s battery died by the time we got started with the contest. 🙁
