Best Nude NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Review, Swatches, Price & Buy Online India: Zurich, Cannes & Antwerp
Dry lips and matte lip colors might not be the best combination but there are always exceptions to the rule. I am a huge fan of matte lips be it bold or nude colors and I always end up comparing all matte formulas to my much loved and adored NYX Soft Matte Lipcreams. This is the one matte range that does not make my lips look unhealthy while despite its matte finish. I own quite a few of them and today I shall be reviewing my favorite everyday NYX Soft Matte Lipcreams in the shade Zurich, Cannes & Antwerp.

Product Description
Our velvety smooth Soft Matte Lip Cream delivers a burst of creamy color and sets to a stunning matte finish. Surprisingly durable, lightweight and delightfully creamy, it’s no wonder this sweetly scented formula is a NYX fan favorite.
Packaging
The NYX Soft Matte Lip creams are packaged in a color coded lipgloss tube with a matte black cap. The bottle is opaque but color identification is a breeze incase you own more than one of these and chances are you do since they are amazing! It comes with a doe foot applicator which helps in applying the lip cream evenly. The shade names are mentioned on the bottom and personally I love the travel friendly packaging and apparently so does my dog, Willy as you can tell from the bite marks on one of the tubes :p
Texture
The best thing about the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream is their smooth consistency. They have a light air whipped formula which applies easily and settles into a soft matte finish. It does not dry out my chapped lips and the formula is just amazing. I do need to exfoliate a bit if I have extremely dry and chapped lips in winters but thats very rare. They sort of remind me of the L’Oreal Moist Matte Lipsticks however these feel much more lighter on the lips. The NYX lip creams have the most comfortable mattel formula I’ve ever tried.

Shades
Starting off with the lightest shade, NYX Zurich is a beautiful rosy nude with a coral undertone. Its my favorite everyday lipstick and looks extremely natural and flattering. Its perfect for pale to fair skintones.
Definitely one of the best nude lip colors for warm skintone, NYX Cannes is a mid toned rosy brown. This is that one color that everytime I wear, people always stop and ask me about. Its perfect for daily wear, office wear or to rock with a smokey eye. This will compliment fair to medium skintone quite well.
A slightly bright but still quite neutral is the NYX Antwerp. Its a pinky coral which I used to wear often during my college days. It goes on lighter on the lips and can be built up. If you love pinky corals, then this is a good everyday shade.

Pigmentation
Most of the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams are well pigmented with the darker shades provide an opaque coverage in a single swipe. As for these neutral colors, they need a couple of swipes for medium pigmentation. NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Cannes covers lip pigmentation adequately but you might need a lip liner below NYX Antwerp or Zurich.
Staying Power
These NYX Lip creams stay put for around 4-5 hours depending on the amount you eat or drink. The darker shades like Amsterdam or Transylvania last much longer on me however with these particular shades being quite light, they fade in a few hours. Oh and did I mention that the lip creams smell like warm vanilla which is bound to make you hungry in a jiffy?
For the price, these are the best lip products I’ve ever used. NYX keeps launching new shades every couple of years which keep me hooked. Right now, I’m eying the Kylie colors like Rome, Berlin & Dubai. The NYX Lip Creams are priced higher in Sephora hence I prefer buying them from Beautyjoint as their shipping prices are quite nominal compared to other websites. If you have a cousin or relative visiting from the USA, then this is one range you must ask them to get for you!

I own each one of this NYXX SMLC (even the scary light ones) and I love them too death. "Amsterdam' is my favorite. It is difficult to get these in Sephora because they are always out of stock! I prefer getting them from beauty joint.
on beauty joint..you have to pay custom duties? and how many days it take?
It took around 2 weeks and it charged only shipping. Never mentioned or took custom fees from me. This has happened with me even if I order from many more sites like allcosmeticswholesale, ikatehouse etc.

My favorite is feel unique because it carries the Balm, my favorite brand. Look fantastic is good if you want benefit, too faced products. Allcosmeticswholesale is also good but it takes little longer shipping time. Products are amazing though. If you love LA girl products then shop on ikatehouse. Beauty joint is for nyx, milani, jordana and LA girl lovers. Strawberrynet is good if you want Armani or Becca products. Next I will try beautylish and beautybay. They carry brands like It cosmetics, coverfx, anastasisBH etc which is not accessible from India easily. The only regret I have is I cannot access Sonia Kashuk, loreal and maybelline. If I do I will have to pay for Hop on deliveries like Myus etc, which charges a lot for shipping!

I Love antwerp. These Nyx soft matte lip creams are to die for. I'm eyeing Cannes now. My current favorite from this range is Morocco. Have you tried morocco? Do try if you haven't i am sure it will look great on you.
Morocco is the orange one, right? I haven't tried it yet but will defo pick it up with the other new shades!
