It comes with a sharpener which is tucked at the bottom so that you can sharpen the tip and draw your eyes ever so precisely. The gel eyeliner is decently pigmented and shows up quite well on the waterline. I only need 1-2 swipes to get a good color pay off. What impressed me the most was its staying power! The first day I applied it I went for an hour of cardio in the evening and it hadn’t budged one bit. Now that is some wear time. I was pretty impressed by it, to say the least! Bobbi Brown Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner will surely be my go to liner this summers so as to not to end up with panda eyes 😀
