Burst Of Happyness French Red Clay Soap Review: A Great Product For Tan Removal!
Burst Of Happyness French Red Clay Soap Review & Price
Hello Girlies,
Today I’m going to review a natural and vegan product which I have totally loved this summers- Burst Of Happyness French Red Clay Soap! No matter how much we try to protect ourselves from the sun, we always end up getting tanned. For me its because I hate re-applying sunscreen while on the go. Like always, I have already gotten tanned badly and this is the one product that has helped me alot in lightening my tan!
Product Description
This beautiful, brownish red bar contains French Red Clay, which is rich in iron and other minerals.
French Red Clay is best suited for normal to oily skin types. French Red Clay cleanses, detoxifies and exfoliates the skin, leaving it refreshed, toned and rejuvenated. It contains a blend of citrus lime and orange which is grounded by earthy cedarwood essential oils. It is enriched with shea butter which moisturizes and nourishes. Topped with some dried rose petals.
Price: Rs 200
Quantity: 100gms
Can be bought online at Burst Of Happyness
The Burst Of Happyness French Red Clay comes packaged in a cardboard box which looks pretty and “au natural” I really adore their packaging and I usually refrain myself from buying handmade products because of the crappy packaging hence I do not feel like spending my money on it! With Burst Of Happyness their site, handling or packaging everything is professional!
The French Red Clay is one of the prettiest soaps I’ve come across. I almost didn’t have the heart to use such a pretty thing in my bath 😀 The soap has pretty reddish brown swirls which is so good to look at! It has dried rose petals on top as well as inside the soap as I always find some bits every time I use it.
It does not have a nice or uplifiting fragrance and smells like clay :p Its not disgusting or something that would turn me off but certainly not something I look forward to using because of the scent.
It contains the goodness of palmolein, coconut, canola, olive, sunflower, soybean and shea butter along with french red clay which is rich in iron and is a great exfoliator. It lathers quite well especially when used with a loofah and adequately cleanses the skin.
Coming to one of the best aspects about this soap is that it really helps in lightening the tan. At first I thought it was just me but when my mum remarked as to how much her tan has lightened after she started using the soap and I knew this product really does work wonders!
It can be a little drying for normal skin but nothing that a lightweight body lotion can’t take care of. This will suit oily skin extremely well but might be a bit too drying for dry skin. The bar size is huge albeit a little costly at 200 bucks. However, I do not mind spending a little extra on something that works so well on tanned skin.
HBM Rating
HBM Recommendation: Burst Of Happyness French Red Clay Soap is an absolute stunner, Yes thats what I called a humble soap as it looks too pretty to be used. The soap contains the goodness of iron, coconut, olive and shea butter and really helps in removing and lightening the tan. Its one of the best handmade soaps I’ve used and it would also make for a great gifting option for a friend. Plus its natural and vegan without any fillers. Need I say more?
