Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Swatches, Price & Buy Online India
Hello Girlies,
Colorbar hasn’t been under my radar for a long time so when I heard they launched the new Just Smoky Kajals, I took this opportunity to visit their counter and check it out. I’m not too fond of the Colorbar SAs as most of them are very snooty which makes me avoid buying or swatching their products. This time too the SA was adamant to swatch the pencil herself so here are the not so pretty swatches of the Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Pencils.
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Eye Pencils come in 5 shades
Price: Rs 650
Quantity: 1.2gms
Available on Flipkart
Product Description
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal is a velvety and super smoky kajal.
Comes with the perfect smudge-tip applicator for blending and creating dramatic smoky eyes
Waterproof eye pencil that stays up to 12 hours
Opthamologically and dermatologically approved
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Just Teal Swatch: It is more of a metallic turquoise than a teal and is well pigmented.
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Just Black Swatch: This is a true matte black which needs to be layered for a good intense finish.
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Just Grey Swatch: A matte grey which is a bit similar to the Lakme Eyeconic Grey Kajal.
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Just Blue Swatch: A deep navy blue with a matte finish. The shade yet again reminded me of a Lakme Eyeconic Kajal in Blue.
Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Just Green Swatch: A deep blackened green with slight silver shimmer, probably the only unique shade in the range,
The texture of the Colorbar Just Smoky Kajal Eye Pencil is extremely creamy, so much so that the SA couldn’t swatch them on my arm as they kept breaking. Yes, the pigmentation is decent but nothing really impressed me much about it especially considering the price. I prefer the Lakme Eyeconic Kajals to this and would rather invest in a smudger brush than spend 650 on an average eye pencil.

hmm interesting to note, the color is pretty intense but if you say the Lakme ones are better, I will not go the Colorbar way. Lovely review, Lee :) Good night.
Thanks babe!
For the price they failed to impress me!
the colors are pretty but why are all the drugstore brands hiking their prices like crazy?
exactly! I feel like Maybelline is the only sane one!
Deborah Milano longwear eyepencil in 03 is exactly similar to the green swatch. I love the shade, it is very different but I am happy with the Deborah pencil and it is cheaper too. I think Colorbar missed the price point on this one.
oh thanks Anwesha. I shall check it out!
Yep Colorbar certainly lost the plot with the price!
I was eyeing these pencils. You saved my money Lish :)
he he best to avoid them!
ouch.. if these break, how would one apply them :
exactly! And it will lead to so much of wastage!
Aww..price is high and breaking is definitely not acceptable. Nice swatches
Thanks hun. A range best to be skipped!
i have just given up on sharpen-able pencils...they break and the product gets wasted...!
sigh. thats true. I hate paying high prices for sharpenable pencils
I love the teal and navy blue color. It sucks that they break easily.
yeah :( the colors are pretty though!
Very honest update..Also ya...a lot of SAs think we are mad while taking swatches.
ha ha exactly! as if we will finish up the testers or something!
The blue one is my favorite ! thanks for sharing the swatches dear
My pleasure hun!
