A Day Of Rejuvenation + My Khoobsurat Moment

Hi Girlies,

It’s the start of the week and I am so ready to take on the world! I have taken upon a new challenge, that is to lose 5kgs, get toned so that I can fit into a bikini and my sister had a baby last week (yaaayie) hence my new schedule has been keeping me super busy.
Yep! June was crop top month and I failed miserably at it but I’m definitely going to succeed this one. Oh yes I will! Ignore all that junk food I have been instagramming these days, ok?

I recently colored my hair with L’Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss (more details here) and it is now that the hair color is becoming more prominent. The brown and especially the plum undertone is more intense and my hair looks healthier making me feel khoobsurat day by day! 😀
Since this pretty gal deserves to be pampered, I decided to go to Alaya Spa for a rejuvenating Tibetan Kunye Therapy which is an ancient Tibetan massage wherein the masseuse focuses on specific points on the body and is an excellent way to relax and heals a variety of medical problems too (more on this later)

By the end of the massage which was btw followed by a luxurious steam bath, I felt rejuvenated and my sore body was relaxed. The therapy was followed by a complimentary blow dry which added all the more beauty to my colored hair.

Look how bouncy and gorgeous my tresses look? I love how I felt all the more beautiful with my crowning glory all taken care of and my body feeling soft and supple. I was pampered to bits and Jimmy, Director of Alaya Spa was even kind enough to click my pictures as well.

Perfect hair, glowing skin, great location and a superb photographer? What more could a girl want? 🙂 I had a wonderful day indeed and now I’m off to dream about macaroons, hot guys on the beach and.ok not telling ya 😉 Toodles!
