I want to begin this review by admitting that all my life I have been loyal to only two face washes – Clean & Clear face wash (every college girl must have tried this) and the Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Gel (my oily and acne prone skin loves this one!). Ethiglo Skin Whitening Deep Cleansing Facial Foam Face Wash comes in a simple white tube packaging with flip-open cap. This tube is housed within a carton box which has all the necessary information pertaining to its claims and ingredients printed on it. Packaging is spill proof and travel friendly too.

Texture
The Ethiglo Fairness Face Wash is off white in color and has a buttery smooth texture. It contains very minute red beads which work towards exfoliating the skin. The beads are very light and it gently does its work effectively. The creamy texture does not dry out skin and is suitable for all skintypes.

Efficacy
Ethiglo Skin Whitening Face Wash feels smooth on the skin and it effectively gets rid of oil & dirt. Considering that it contains ingredients like kojic acid and glycolic acid, it is not as harsh on the skin as expected. Kojic acid works on skin pigmentation by reducing the production of melanin and thereby making the skin look brighter. This face wash does exactly that.

Over the period of time my skin definitely looks brighter and to an extent it also worked on lightening the pigmented areas on my face. Similarly, it also contains other impressive ingredients such as licorice which has anti inflammatory properties and works on reducing redness and sun burn.

It is very rare that a skin whitening face wash perform this well and manages to reduce skin pigmentation making it the best and affordable fairness face wash in India.
