Its been a long time since I last reviewed a lipgloss on HBM. Before I started beauty blogging I was always a lipgloss girl and wouldn’t ever apply lipstick. Nothing beats the ease and the glossiness that a lipgloss provides. Today under my scanner is new the Faces lipgloss- Faces Glam On Lipgloss in Zing Pink.

Easy to apply, high shine lip gloss, vanilla flavored (yum!). For the technically minded, it’s the high Percentage of CCT (Caprylic Capric Triglycerides) which makes it so easy to apply, gives uniform coverage and makes your lip feel perfect. Let your lips do the talking!!

Packaging
The new Faces Glam On Lipglosses come in a classy rectangular transparent packaging with a gold cap. The Faces Lipgloss looks quite attractive and pretty and I absolutely adore the metallic gold detailing. It has a slanted doe foot applicator which applies the product easily and evenly. The gloss comes in a black cardboard box which has all the necessary details mentioned on it.
ShadeFaces Canada Glam On Lipgloss ‘Zing Pink’ is a vibrant peachy pink with a neon undertone. Its the perfect shade for summers and will surely bring attention to your pout. The gloss has the perfect balance of pink and peach and this warm toned color will flatter all complexions.
It does not contain any shimmer and is the only one in the Faces Glam On Lipgloss Range which is free of shimmer. Zing Pink is not too neon that it will look OTT on the deeper complexions.
Texture
It has a beautiful and non sticky texture. The Faces Glam On Lipgloss is very smooth and creamy which glides easily on the lips. Due to the creamy texture it hydrates my dry lips well and does not settle into fine lines. Faces Glam On Lipgloss gives a glossy finish and the appearance of a fuller pout.
Pigmentation
Zing Pink is well pigmented and 2 swipes will give you a good color pay off. You can easily play up with the pigmentation by applying it once for a subtle wash of color or twice for a bold statement.
Faces Glam on Lipgloss Zing Pink gives good coverage and covers moderate pigmentation of lips. However, being a gloss it cannot provide full coverage. Upon fading it leaves a strong pink stain on the lips which I adore <3
Staying Power
As far as glosses go I feel the wear time of Faces Zing Pink is pretty decent. It stays put for 3-4 hours though the glossiness subsides after a couple of hours. If I eat something then I need a touch up. Being a lipgloss it tends to transfer but thats the case with all lip glosses hence not exactly a con.
Faces Glam On Lipgloss Zing Pink looks a bit more neon in the above picture than it is in person.

6) Has a yummy vanilla scent which is bound to make you hungry 😀

Cons
1) Could have been more affordable but honestly looking at the prices these days the price tag seems pretty decent.

HBM Recommendation: Faces Glam On Lipgloss in Zing Pink is a pretty peachy pink color with a neon undertone. Its the perfect gloss for summers with a non sticky, hydrating texture, good staying power and decent pigmentation. I honeslty couldn’t find fault with it and highly recommend it!
