Packaging
The Godrej Expert Rich Crème Hair Color comes in a convenient pouch packaging. It has the shade color illustrated on it along with the shade number which I quite like since that reduces  the chances of using the wrong shade incase you are in a hurry.

It has the list of ingredients along with the detailed instructions on usage mentioned on the back. Once you open the pouch you will find pre measured sachets of the developer and crème. You just pour both of them in a bowl, mix it, apply and just wash it off after 30 minutes. Easy, peasy! Makes the whole “coloring” process fuss free.

Since this was the first time I was going to color my hair I applied it only at a small section where I have my greys. I was a bit skeptical considering the very low price tag and just kept on praying that I don’t end up with a bald patch 😀

I went for the shade ‘Natural Brown’ as I felt that would look much more natural on me. I washed it off after 30 mins and it most definitely covered my greys and gave me full coverage. The color is a bit too brown and maybe the next time I’ll use Dark Brown instead.
I colored my hair 2 weeks ago and it still looks like I did it the first day.

A sachet is adequate enough for touch ups but you will require 2 if you have thick hair like my mom. I have a very sensitive nose and I was worried how I’ll react to the smell since my mom always gets a runny nose and a headache when she gets her hair dyed. However, I was pleasantly surprised to experience that the Godrej Rich Crème Hair Color has a very mild smell and did not irritate me at all.

Pros
1)Covers greys adequately and gave me full coverage
2) It does not contain ammonia
3) Has a mild smell which did not irritate me
4) Did not itch my scalp
5) I did not notice any hairfall (though I used it only on a section of my hair)
6) Easy to use and convenient packaging
7) Easy on the pocket

Cons
1)I would have liked it to contain a pack of gloves
