Hello Beauties!It’s getting so cold out here in Delhi that I haven’t seen the sun in almost 3 days!! That just means more days lost as I cannot take decent pics in this dreary weather but then that is giving me a reason to curl up under a blanket and do nothing absolutely NOTHING 😀 Anyhoo, today I have a lovely cream blush by Inglot under the spotlight which is a perfect blush for winters!

Packaging
The Inglot Cream Blushes come in a tiny round jar with a black cap. The jar is see through which eases identification of the shade incase you own more than one . It contains a whole lot of product even though the jar is tiny and I’m pretty sure nobody will be able to finish it off considering you only need a teeny weeny amount for every application. The cap won’t come off in your in purse or bag and is travel friendly.

Texture & Finish
The blush has a very creamy and sort of whipped cream like texture.  It is creamy to touch but upon blending it settles into a semi matte finish ie gives a light hint of dewiness. It certainly does not feel oily or “shiny” like the NYX Cream Blushes and I just really love the glow it imparts.

So by looking at the pics you girls must be wondering err where is the creaminess right? Well the blush has officially frozen up in the Delhi winters. I got this in October and it had the perfect consistency but  now I have to warm the product with my fingers and apply it.It’s not as gooey as it was before!

Shade 83
Inglot Cream Blush 83 is a gorgeous and really pretty rosy brown. I just love the way it adds definition and makes my complexion look so healthy.The blush is matte and doesn’t contain any shimmers. 83 gives the most gorgeous ‘I just came from a good workout’ flushed cheeks.

Pigmentation
Even though I really love the shade and finish of the blush but I do not like the pigmentation. It is highly saturated and you only need a really tiny amount for both the cheeks. On my NC 30 skintone it isn’t as flattering as this would look on medium to dusky complexion since I keep going overboard with it. This is one shade that will look stunning on the warmer skintones and I believe it will look very natural on medium complexions.

Staying Power
On my combination skin it stayed put for about 5-6 hours with a base underneath. It lasts even longer if you top it with a powder blush. The staying power is pretty decent for a cream blush though I’m quite sure the wear time will reduce in summers.

The Price Factor
The blush is certainly very pricey and I guess the budget beauties can skip this. However, the quality is top notch and the shade is really flattering for our Indian skintones. It is better than the NYX cream blushes so those with dry-combi skin and medium to dusky complexions must try this at the store. Trust me! You’re gonna love it 🙂

1) A gorgeous rosy brown shade which will flatter warm complexions
2) Has a soft and creamy texture
3) Blends like a dream and doesn’t get patchy
4) It is matte but not flat. Gives a subtle dewy finish
5) Has a pretty good staying power for a cream blush
6) Intensely pigmented and will easily shows up on darker skintones

Cons
1) Too pigmented for lighter skintones
2) Priceyy!

HBM Recommendation: Inglot AMC Cream Blush 83 is a gorgeous rosy brown which will flatter warm complexions beautifully. It gives a slight dewy finish which does not look oily and has a good staying power. I really love it for the quality and texture and if you do not mind the high price tag then do give this a try. The is the best cream blush I’ve ever tried!!
