Lotus Professional Puravital Lemongrass Refreshing Toner Review & Price- Best Toner For Combination-Oily Skin!

I have a quick question? What is the one thing that you tend to skip the most in your skincare routine. CTM aka Cleansing-Toning-Moisturizing is an essential skincare routine that every girl must swear by but yes we lazybums tend to break this cardinal rule from time to time. I personally tend to skip using a toner whenever I’m feeling lazy or tired but read on to know why it is so essential and also the review of Lotus Professional Toner which is perfect for combination, oily and acne prone skin.

Packaging
The Lotus Professional Puravitals Toner comes in a pastel green plastic bottle with a yellow screw on cap. It has a plastic lid with a small hole through which you can pour out the product. I always prefer dispensers or sprays but such packaging also gets the job done. It does not mention the complete list of ingredients which I’m quite bothered about as I can’t find out if it contains alcohol or not.
Now coming back to uses and efficacy of a toner. A toner not helps remove any remaining dirt or makeup residue but also helps re-freshen the skin. Using a toner that contains botanical extracts helps minimize large pores and get rid of dead skin. Many people believe that toners should only be used by those with combi to oily skin but fact is that everyone should use it but you must be careful to choose a toner according to your skintype. One of the best moisturizing toners for dry skin is the ZA True White Toner which is also good for the colder months.
The Lotus Professional Lemongrass Toner is clear in color and is of a liquid consistency. I take some out on a cotton pad and gently dab it on my skin and neck after washing my face. This does not sting my face but instantly refreshes it. I have an issue with open pores and ever since a Kiehls skincare consultant told me that using a toner is the only solution to shrink them, I have been using it quite regularly.
There have been many toners that I have tried and loved over the years but this is the one that I keep coming back to. I even got my sister with acne prone skin hooked to it and this Lotus Toner suited her quite well and did not lead to further breakouts. It has definitely led to my pores reducing a bit, nothing miraculous but yes I can certainly notice the difference.
The only issue with this Lotus Herbals Professional Toner is that it isn’t easily available since its a salon range from what I’ve been told by the SAs. It is definitely better than their regular toners which contain alcohol and never really worked well for me. You can find these at salons or try those beauty stores like I do. I usually get mine from Beauty Beyond in Lajpat Nagar.
