The weekend is finally here and I’m sure you ladies are itching to go unwind and shop a bit. There have been many new launches in the market lately like the Maybelline Fit Me Range, L’Oreal Color Riche Pink Lipsticks, Colorbar Diamond Shine Glosses etc. However, one launch that has been pretty quiet but definitely worth checking out is the new Lakme Eyeconic Kajal shades in 3 beautiful metallic hues: Turquoise, Regal Green & Turquoise. Its nice to see Lakme add more colors and finishes to the existing Lakme Eyeconic Kajal range. Read on to know more.

Lakme Eyeconic Kajals are now available in 8 shades: Black, White, Brown, Green, Grey, Blye, Regal Green, Turquoise, Royal Blue
Product Description
This is a smudge proof, water proof kajal which is dermatologically tested. With a deep color stroke in an easy twist up format, it gives your eyes a long-lasting, eyeconic look through out the day.
The new Lakme Eyeconic Kajals are packaged in the same black packaging like the older ones. It comes in a sleek retractable pencil packaging which does not require sharpening. The only way to differentiate between different shades is with the small teal band around the bottom. Wish they start introducing the shades in color coded packaging. Lakme has launched 3 new shades in the range and below are the swatches
Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Turquoise Swatch: A beautifully pigmented turquoise shade with a beautiful metallic finish.
Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Regal Green Swatch: A deep jewel toned green which would flatter all skintones.
Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Royal Blue Swatch: A basic periwinkle blue which isn’t well pigmented. Took quite a few swipes for this to show up as well as the other shades.
The new Lakme Metallic Eyeconic Kajals are very creamy and 2 shades, Turquoise & Regal Green show up beautifully while Royal Blue was a bit of a disappointment. Though the shades are common but I quite like the addition of the metallic/jewel toned finish to the range. For the price of Rs 275, I totally recommend trying these out.

Regal Green seems to be a unique shade and of course universal flattering :)
Yes, thats the only one I really liked.
I have all the varieties of iconic kajals I just do not like how less pigmented they are and smudge like hell. I will sure check these three shades as well.
Really? The black one is the only affordable kajal that does not smudge on me though the other shades do smudge. Somehow I've always been happy with their pigmentation!
I have regal green with me :) Thanks for the swatches
I love that the most!
These metallic shades are gorgeous. I like the turquoise and green shade a lot.
I've been loving them currently!
