New Makeup & Beauty Launches: The February Edition!
2016 is definitely going to be the year of new and interesting makeup launches. While 2015 was dominated by primarily lip products, that all seems to be changing this year. Brands have started focusing more on eyes, cheeks and nails which was highly needed. You can check the January Makeup Launches here and today we are compiling all the new beauty launches of February.
L’Oreal has been painting the town PINK with their new La Vie En Rose Collection which means Life in Pink in French. This is definitely the hottest launch of February which has been making girls go gaga. The Star Pink range includes 7 Collection Exclusive Pink Lipsticks (Rs 995) , 5 Collection Star Pink Lip Colors (Rs 950) and 3 Nail Polishes (Rs 299) all endorsed by L’Oreal Paris ambassadors. We have reviewed and swatched the entire range so don’t forget to click on their names for the respective posts.
The new Maybelline Kajal (Price: Rs 300) comes with a new black packaging and a higher price tag. It is a super jet black color and is said have better pigmentation and longevity compared to the told older one. Its been flying off the shelves and is worth checking out for every kohl lover. Review coming up soon!
The new Faces Stackables come in 4 shades – Wild, Whish, Zebra (Price: Rs 799) & Glitter (Rs 899). The pigment is fine and vibrant making it comparable to MAC Pigments. We have been loving this versatile product which can be used as a glitter, eyeshadow, eyeliner and even in nail paints and clear lipgloss!
The new metallic lace nail stickers by Colorbar make nail art easy breezy. Available in 6 designs (Price Rs 250) ranging from silver, gold and copper, these make the nails look glamorous and add a whole lot of pizazz. Perfect for parties, events and weddings. Each design comes with 14 stickers which are sized to fit your nail bed.
Lakme recently launched new shades of their Eyeconic Kajal- Turquoise, Regal Green & Royal Blue (Price: Rs 275). The new jewel toned colors are a great addition to the range though I wish the price wasn’t hiked. The kajals are well pigmented and the staying power is pretty decent. Definitely worth trying them out.
Lotus Herbals has finally gotten on the chubby lip crayon bandwagon. Personally, we are bit over the chubby loving but Lotus has launched 10 beautiful wearable shades (Price: Rs 500) which will flatter the Indian skintone well. These are said to be very moisturizing yet long staying.
Street Wear recently launched their Color Rich Lip Balms (Price: Rs150) in 4 shades- Plum Pluck, Mocha Muahha, Pink Pout and Coral Kiss. These tinted lip balms come in a packaging similar to the Street Wear Lipsticks. The lip balms provide adequate moisturization coupled with a sheer color pay off perfect for college girls and everyday wear.
So those were the latest launches from the beauty world this month. Do let us know about any new products that we might have missed out!

Before taking pictures from my blog on the Lotus Chubby Lip color, your should have asked me once.
Hi Shampita,
We did credit you for the image however if you'd still like us to remove it kindly let us know.
Sorry I do not see you credit my picture in your post anywhere. So either you mention or remove the picture. We get information from bloggers most of the time and there is no harm in sharing that information. A small email / comment in my existing post would have been fine, I would have been happy to share anyways. Please be ethical, mention from where the pictures is taken. Most of the readers do not notice watermark in pictures.
Hi Shampita,
We always mention image sources of the pictures if they have been taken from other websites and its clearly mentioned here as well. So I do not see what exactly is the issue.
There is no point in getting more into this. You are referring to a section when you have mentioned your own blog. Please take down my picture immediately !! You have taken "Lotus products " picture from my blog, not Street Wear !!
I suggest you check your facts before making a statement. The lotus picture is the 7th picture and not the 8th. However, we are taking down the picture.
I have not yet tried the glitters offered by faces. Thanks for reminding! :)
They are amazing! Reviewing it soon
I was totally unaware about the lotus and streetwear launches... Thanks for the update ?

The eyeconic metallic kajals sound amazing. Lots of products for me to still try out.

I'm such a huge fan of that range.
Hi,
I hope all is well since we last spoke because, unfortunately, I did not received any replay from you for weeks now. Can you please check your spam folder to see if my many emails went there and get back to me as soon as possible? I would really like to have any kind of feedback from you regarding our collaboration.
