With the growing awareness about parabens, sulphates and other harmful chemicals, people nowadays are resorting more towards natural products and home remedies. There are a huge number of cost-effective ingredients in our kitchen itself which have numerous benefits for skin/hair and sea salt is one of them.Today’s post is about the benefits of sea salt and how to incorporate it in your beauty regimen.
Let’s move on to see what exactly is sea salt and the various uses for it.
Sea Salt is the salt that is produced from the evaporation of sea water. Unlike, our usual table salt which is processed artificially through many methods, sea salt is the natural form and hence contains a lot of crucial nutrients and minerals including magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium. Research shows that our body contains the same concentration of minerals that sea salt contains. Most of skin problems like dryness, dullness, irritation occurs when the skin’s minerals are out of balance. So adding sea salt is a great way to incorporate various essential minerals to your skin.
From scrubs to hair sprays to compress, there are numerous uses of sea salt which I’ll be listing down below.
