Smoothie Factory Janpath- Menu, Review & Prices
I’m a big time foodie but then I’m also quite conscious of my weight. Its always a tough fight when my heart says YOLO everytime I have cravings for food which BTW is all the time, and on the other hand the thought of my dresses not fitting me is always scaring me! So I’ve finally decided to eat out and work out even more, win win 😀 For fitness conscious people in Delhi there is a great option where you can eat healthy and filling food without compromising on the taste. I’m talking about Smoothie Factory Delhi which is a chain of health bars that offers real fruit smoothies, freshly squeezed fruit juices, frozen yoghurts and many snacking options.
Smoothie Factory has a cheerful and colorful ambiance in all their locations be it in Nehru Place, Janpath or Fitness First in Gurgaon. Its a lovely place to just chill and relax with your friends and has a laidback vibe. The have a great menu ranging from different varieties of smoothies, fresh juices, froyo to flatbreads, pastas and bruschettas. Lets have a look at what we tried!
Smoothie Factory is known for their fresh and low fat smoothies and we tried their best selling flavours- Very Berry & Blueberry Blast (Price: Rs 189). Yep, I’m a big time berry lover and since they are rich in antioxidants you should start including them in your diet as well. Both the smoothies were fresh, tangy and delicious. It wasn’t overtly sweet which is exactly how I like them!
I am a big time Italian cuisine lover and the first thing I always want to have is Pasta! I tried their Mushroom Alfredo Pasta (Price: Rs 219) which had wholewheat penne and was seasoned well. I wouldn’t say it was the best pasta I’ve ever had and would’ve certainly preferred less cheese but for the price it was decent. Besides the pasta, we also tried the Farmhouse Flat Bread (Price: Rs 149) at Smoothie Factory, Delhi. Usually, I do not like having flatbreads as most of them feel a bit too dry or are low on flavour. This one was absolutely scrumptious and I really enjoyed it, especially the mint chutney in it.
To satisfy my sweet tooth I tried out the Choco Chip Multigrain Waffles (Price: Rs 109) . Mine was a bit burnt and bitter and I didn’t enjoy it as much as my friend whose was baked to perfection. I would definitely be skipping their waffles the next time as I was left a bit disappointed.
Smoothie Factory is also quite popular for their flavoured frozen yoghurts wherein you can create your own PERFECT CUP OF FroYo. You get to select your own flavour, your own toppings and the best part is you can choose innumerable toppings and add as much quantity as per your liking. The FroYos at Smoothie Factory cost Rs 1.09 per gram. Mine came around to Rs 110 which is great considering I had 6-7 odd toppings in that cup 😉
Smoothie Factory offers a great variety of dishes to the health and fitness conscious people in Delhi. I highly recommend their delicious and fresh smoothies along with the scrumptious flat breads which was the highlight of the meal. Ive heard their salads and toasties also taste great so I’d be sure to try them out the next time I visit them 🙂
Smoothie Factory is located at Cotton Emporium in Janpath.
