The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Shower Gel Review & Price in India

I’m a huge fan of TBS products especially their body butters and recently I tried their beautiful Atlas Mountain Rose Shower Gel and fell in love with its scent. I’m not crazy about roses but it sure does uplift your mood and senses! Read on to know more about my experience with it.

Ingredients
The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Shower Gel (phew what a big name!) comes in a tall plastic bottle which is transparent hence you can easily judge how much product is still left. The cap shuts tightly and will surely not leak though travelling with such a big bottle can be troublesome
The shower gel is light pink color and is slightly runny. It lathers quite well which wasn’t expected since its soap free. I wouldn’t say it lathers as much as my Palmolive or Iraya Body Wash but you do not require ample product per bath. It adequately removes dirt and grime and does not dry out skin.
I’m a huge fan of floral scents and this is perfect for summers. It smells exactly like roses, no not the strong artificial kind! It has a light uplifting scent and will be loved by those with sensitive noses as well. The scent does not linger on for long and needs to be layered with The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Body Lotion or Butter to get a good whiff of it from time to time!
The only issue for me is the price. Spending 700 bucks on a shower gel is bound to hurt and I really wish TBS India starts offering the same tempting discounts that I see on TBS USA’s site every other month!

1) A light and uplifting rose scent which is perfect for summers!
2) Lathers well and does not dry out the skin
3) Soap Free
4) You do not require a whole lot of product
5) Adequately removes dirt and grime
Cons
1) The price is an ouchie!
2) The scent does not linger on for a long time

HBM Recommendation: The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Shower Gel has a beautiful and uplifting rose fragrance which is quite light and will be liked by all. It lathers well, adequately cleans the body and does not dry out the skin. The price is a bit of a bummer so if you’re ready to splurge a bit then it sure gets a thumbs up from me!

i have never tried a shower gel from TBS...mainly because i get bored of shower gels easily and use them so much that i finish a bottle in 15 days...so these are expensive for me..it does sure look refreshing!
