This is said to be their darkest and most sensual range and it consists of an Eau De Toilette, Eau De Parfum & a Perfume Oil. As I grow older, my choices keep on evolving and I’ve grown from a strong sweet scent lover to something more subtle, a bit more sophisticated and a bit more edgy. The Body Shop Musk range has a minimalistic yet classy packaging with a black glass bottle indicating the naughtiness and purple detailing detonating the nice theme. It looks really pretty sitting amongst my stash of perfumes and there is something about the simple and clean designing that attracts me to it a great deal. The perfume bottles aren’t very bulky and can certainly be traveled with safely.

TBS Black Musk Range India

TBS Black Musk Range has a sensual combination of sweet and musky notes. The opening composition is a sweet and fruity fragrance indicating the infusion of bambinella pear and bergamot. After half an hour or so the base notes really come through which primarily consists of black vanilla husk, patchouli and licorice. Its a sweet fragrance balanced with a hint of musk to it.

The Body Shop Eau De Toilette has a low sillage which is how I prefer my perfumes but this might be a deal breaker for some. It has the lowest staying power in the range and wears on only for 3-4 hours. Usually scents last quite long on me or atleast my sensitive nose can detect even the slightest hints of it so the wear time might just be lower on other people. This is much sweeter than the EDP from the range and I’ve read many compare this to YSL Black Opium. The Body Shop Black Musk EDT is priced at Rs 2195 for 60ml.

The Body Shop Black Musk Range Review, Price & Buy Online India

The Body Shop Black Musk Eau De Parfum (Price: Rs 3295 for 50ml) has a better sillage compared to the EDT and the perfume oil on me. It also wears the longest on me, say about 6 hours or so. The TBS Black Musk EDP has a more musky and warm fragrance and something I would use in winters or for an evening date.

Best Fruity Musky EDT India: TBS Black Musk EDT Review

Coming to The Body Shop Perfume Oil (Price: 2095 for 20ml), unlike the EDP and EDT from the range, it comes with a glass dropper. This wears for about 3+ hours on me though I can still detect hints of it throughout the day.

I wanted to come up with a look inspired by the TBS Black Musk Range and I just couldn’t decide between naughty and nice, I wanted a bit of sugar and spice which best describes the range. Hence I went with pink smokey eyes, soft lips and some row braids to complete my look.
