The Body Shop White Musk Libertine Body Butter Review, Price & Buy Online
Does anyone recall my love for body butters? Especially TBS body butters? I remember during my initial blogging days, I was so obsessed with them that I used to review one each week. With autumn fast approaching us, my love has been rekindled again. I recently did a huge haul from TBS, USA and got so many new scents to try out. Today, I’ll be reviewing my current favorite – The Body Shop White Musk Libertine Body Butter.

Product Description
A super-rich and creamy body moisturiser with the sensual scent of White Musk Libertine. This heady blend has cruelty-free musks at its top, heart and base, with sweet notes of Turkish delight, baby orchid and Chantilly cream.
Packaging
The Body Shop White Musk Body Butter comes in a pretty tub packaging with a pink-coral cap. It has the product claims and list of ingredients mentioned at the bottom which I totally forgot to click. The packaging can be a bit bulky for travel and I prefer scooping some out in a travel sized tub whenever I go on a trip. Since it comes in a tub form, you could use a spatula but I’m a lazy girl and I use my hands, since I always use it after bath, there isn’t much of an hygiene issue.
Texture & Scent
The consistency of the TBS White Musk Libertine Body Butter is thick and creamy. It spreads easily and gets absorbed after a quick massage. It is lighter in consistency compared to the TBS Atlas Mountain Rose Body Butter and feels more like the air whipped texture of the TBS Strawberry Body Butter.
I searched alot while deciding my picks and while I’ve never been a fan of strong musky scents, I somehow ended up with this, maybe it was the white and pink packaging that attracted me. Despite being a fan of floral and fruity scents, I ended up like the white musk body butter. It is sensual, a bit strong yet very, very feminine. It has a powder-y musk scent which I am loving these days.

Efficacy & Staying Power
The Body Shop White Musk Libertine Body Butter is suitable for those with dry to normal skin. I have been using it these days and it is a wee bit heavy for the current weather but I like the scent so much that I can’t wait for winters to start using it. It adequately hydrates the skin and will combat the dryness we witness in the colder months very effectively.
TBS White Musk Libertine Body Butter keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day, making it feel soft and supple. I do not feel the need for a re-application. The scent being a wee bit strong also lingers on and I can still smell the whiff of it the next day when I wake up, so its quite long lasting which is always a bonus 😀

HBM Recommendation: The Body Shop White Musk Libertine Body Butter is a sensual , musky and feminine body butter which has me addicted to it these days. Its a hydrating body butter which combats dryness effectively. Perfect for normal to dry skin in winters, it has a light consistency which does not make the skin oily. Tbs ones r too expensive compared to others..i love BBW ones..
