Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette Launch Date, Shades & Price
Sunday, 14 august 2016, Urban Decay joined the band wagon of the all matte eyeshadow palette with their latest launch called the Naked Ultimate Basics. The brand posted a picture of a strawberry blonde woman with brown smokey eye shadow with the caption: You asked for it… Leaving all of us enthralled.
UD’s founder Wende Zomnir posted the first few comments on the post, “The ultimate range of matte neutrals. Done the Naked way. 12 all new exclusive shades of eye shadow. Welcome the newest member of Naked lineup… Naked Ultimate Basics. #YouLookBetterNaked “
Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette Shades, Price & Pictures
The new UD palette consists of 12 eyeshadows, of which 11 are matte and 1 is demi matte. The eyeshadows are claimed to be buttery and easy to blend! (like all the other Naked palettes). The price of the Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette is $55. It is packaged in a bronze-gold square box, which is unlike the previous Naked palettes that were rectangular. Not sure if our naked palette collection is ready for this change but we still need the Ultimate Basics palette in our lives, like right now!
New Urban Decay All Matte Palette: The Ultimate Basics!
The countdown has begun, but we still have to wait for over a month now as it releases on September 18, 2016. Till then, lets just feast out eyes on the beautiful shades of the palette.
Last year, when all matte palettes became a rage, brands like Too Faced, Lorac, Tarte, theBalm came out with their own all matte eyeshadow palettes. With the loyal Urban Decay customers kept requesting, rather begging for an all matte eyeshadow palette, UD obliged. Although, Urban Decay has Naked Basics and Naked Basics 2 palettes with all matte eyeshadows but they have only hues of blacks and browns and not such an extensive shade range as the Ultimate Basics Palette
Now that the wait is finally over, we have a new Urban Decay Palette to drool over. We’d love to know how many of you plan on buying this once it launches.
